Duty Manager in a busy West End restaurant, helping to oversee a small team of staff working to provide fantastic hospitality.

**Reporting - Liaise with all project managers to ensure weekly project status and monthly financial reporting is provided in a timely manner. Review all Work Order submissions for new projects, allocate reference number and process throughout the internal governance process.**Quality Assurance - Provide QA on project control documentation and ensure all documentation submitted to PMO adhere to the stringent standards set by the company.**Document Management - Maintain central documentation ensuring all updated project documentation is uploaded, correctly versioned and following correct naming conventions and manage the project toolkit library ensuring that templates are current and available**Invoicing - Process the project invoice for submission to the client. Collating, processing and quality assuring the multi million pound invoice on a monthly basis.

Started out within the company as a barista, with duties such as food and drink preparation, upholding exemplary customer service and general cleaning duties. Promoted to the role of supervisor after 18 months and took on key holding and cash handling duties, staff motivation and stock control.

Worked for a winter ski season in Austria when I was 17. Moved into a small family run hotel and took on various important roles. I was tasked with cooking and preparing meals for hotel guests, communicating with guests and ensuring they had a fantastic stay, cleaning and stripping of rooms as well as general hotel maintenance.
