Became an expert in regards to the selling & buying process of real estate. I Provide clients with a better understanding of the real estate purchasing process while providing them with the support & financial tools needed for the actual purchase of real estate. Collaborate with the lending institutions, realtors, sellers and other parties of a real estate transaction, while being responsible for confidential information and performing my fiduciary responsibilities to any client or customer. I maintain ongoing relationships with former clients and customers, whether they are individuals or business entities. I also share best practices between other realtors within the team network

I created a behavior incentive plan that includes giving tickets to children who exhibit desired behavior. This system was implemented to improve my behavior focus list student’s daily behavior by implementing positive reinforcement for exhibiting desired behavior. I supported my partner teacher with class management and lesson planning with the use of weekly teacher meetings and building a cohesive relationship with my partner teacher. I also managed and planned an afterschool program that consists of about 5 to 6 students daily. I developed lesson plans for the entire week by managing my time and resources in an efficient manner.
