I work part-time in Armagh Observatory & Planetarium as a Casual Education Officer. My work has included working at the reception area, taking bookings and handling money during sales of tickets and merchandise, but my primary role is working with children in the "Rocket Workshop", helping families to create rockets using arts and craft supplies and launching them as part of the Planetarium experience. I have also been a helper at several seasonal events, including a private event for Armagh's Food and Cider Festival, and the Mission Santa Experience.

I have worked the past two summers during the seasonal period at Woodview Garden Centre, in the months from May to July. My role has been at the front desk, dealing with sales, tending to and watering the plants sold at the Garden Centre and restocking of the shelves. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been unable to work there in the summer period of 2020.
