I've been a key part of turning a swimming pool that was only used 4 times, in 30 minute durations, on a weekly basis. I had ro redevelop all the paperwork behind the scenes and connect with a lifeguard training and development group who now train me. To now redeveloping the area and now being used 12 times per week by the school; it's also open at this stage once for external schools. Also now generating revenue by being open for the public multiple times per week. Within this role I am currently lone working within the leisure section of the building. My major accomplishment is helping develop a different stream of revenue and increasing the overall value within my scope of the business.
