Jim and his wife Shelly and son Danny have formed a family Real Estate team known as Lindekugel & Associates. Shelly is a Certified Residential Broker and has been selling Real Estate since 1989. Jim and Shelly are both US Air Force veterans. Danny began his Real Estate career in 2008. In 2010 Danny went to work for one of nation’s largest appraisal management companies. During his tenure with Landmark Network, he managed his own department and played a key role in company growth. His contributions helped the company earn the Inc. 5000 award after just two years with the company. In 2012 Lindekugel & Associates was formed and since that time, Jim, Shelly and Danny have helped hundreds of clients buy, sell or flip homes.
