Act as a coach to those performing local accident investigations and support those charged with implementing recommendations.Review and evaluate the full ranges of reports and emerging data to assess the performance of the assigned assurance processes.Produce specific reviews and reports from emerging trends and investigation findings drawing out meaningful conclusions regarding the safety and environmental management systems and risk control measures. When I stepped in to the role, the company had encountered a number of problems resulting from the mismanagement of the CMS and over the course of several months, myself and the company directors streamlined the performance on this side of the business.
