As the Senior Director of Managed Services at Verinext, I ensure that our Managed Services team has everything it needs to provide excellent customer support to our Backup-as-a-Service and Disaster-Recovery-as-a-Service customers. Along with managing a team of 25+ personnel, I develop long-term strategies for operations support, optimize processes, improve efficiencies, and find solutions to problems.
