In this role, I reported to my team leader with daily sales stats and and potential leads. I was handling customer queries that varied to complex billing issues, all the way to overall package reviews and alterations. I was incentivised on my ability to sell, generate new business, and retain customer content as best possible.

I was the frontline for all of the incoming calls to the company.I was responsible for booking appointments, registering boilers on the system, dealing with complaints and even troubleshooting; I sometimes managed to resolve boiler issues over the phone using impressive communications skills and newly gained knowledge of the systems. I have also managed to learn from scratch not only the systems that we use, but also enough technical information to be able to advise customers over the phone if I can fix the issue with their boiler or if we will need to book someone out to come and take a look at it.Highly proficient in the use of SAP.

In this role I was the front line for customers when they come through with any issues, questions or complaints. I began this role as a telephone adviser, and did manage to improve upon my telephone manor, and gain more experience on the telephone, however I did get transferred to the webchat department shortly after I started. Whilst on the webchat team my typing speed and accuracy increased significantly, and I became incredibly confident with communicating with customer via electronic means. I also became extremely proficient with a complex system very quickly, showing my ability to pick up new things efficiently.
