By nature of the fact that our team is the only client facing business in China which means my role's focus is not only business development but customer relationship management and cross-sell of products as well.1, Prospect and build relationships with key correspondent banks and private banking, top migration law firms and agents, leading overseas investment banks and fund companies to build mutually beneficial partnerships and new business opportunities.2, Organize product training and participate in joint seminars to provide professional sales and services support to CBA Global Alliance Partners (CBA GAP).3, Leverage CBA GAP's channels and network to pursue business development activities with a focus on significant investment migrant clients and business innovation investors wishing to establish premier banking or private banking accounts in Australia.4, Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW clients, ensuring their banking needs are met and relevant products and services are recommended to support their individual needs.5, Work together with CBA Global Private Banking, some leading overseas investment banks and fund companies to fulfill HNW clients' global financial needs.6, Work with Australian Consulate-General, trade organisations, chambers and government agencies in Australia and their network in China to offer tailored support to help HNW clients with more business opportunities.7, Collaborate with the International Premier teams in London, Sydney and Melbourne to ensure a high standard of customer experience and on-boarding process.8, Work closely with other CBA departments, including Financial Institution, Global Banking & Markets, Corporate banking etc., to identify cross-selling opportunities.9, Attend monthly branch management meeting and weekly department meeting and support other team members to manage their portfolio on behalf of the department head during her absence.

1, Provide investment support, education and guidance to HNW clients, prospects and RMs.2, Deliver morning briefing including global markets, FX, commodities etc. to RMs on daily basis.3, Monitor top 20 clients' portfolios for performance, appropriateness and opportunities.4, Conduct regular wealth management seminars to provide HNW clients with market updates, house views and investment insights.5, Work closely with some key external stakeholders to identify cross-selling opportunities, for example, join seminars organized by CPA Australia to deliver house views and investment support to their members.

Provide HNW clients with needs-based financial planning services on various personal financialissues, including investment planning, risk management and insurance planning, cash flowmanagement, loan/liability financing, education planning and retirement planning.

Provide HSBC Premier customers with financial needs analysis and services, evaluate customers' needs and cross-sell products such as capital protected investment, dual currency investment, QDII mutual fund, insurance and HML etc.

As a key account manager based in New Jersey, build relationships with new customers inpharmaceutical industry in the US, regular visit key customers and negotiate the annualcontract.As a product manager based in Shanghai, build relationships with some leading manufacturersof raw materials, help to source and set up safety stock at key customers' global factories.
