Ramped up and subsequently down flex capacity using offshore partners. Built development centers in Ireland and India to expand dedicated capacity.Serve as key liaison with sales and services teams, communicating technology vision; compose and present keynote presentations for North American and European user conferences. Orchestrate vendor relationships, including contract negotiation for domestic and offshore development partners. Craft presentation for clients and internal stakeholders; coordinate project life cycles including resource allocation and process planning. Managed large-scale modernization effort - converting Loan IQ from a fragmented, highly customized Smalltalk code base (6M+ LOC over 22 source code branches) into one, single JEE solution.

Software Engineer. Promoted to Vice President in 1997 due to outstanding performance and measurable results. Designed and built several subsystems for the bank's lending platform in what would subsequently become Loan IQ. Implemented Loan, Letter of Credits and Payments subsystems.

Designed and built "Service Specifiers Assistant". A software tool for designers to create new telecom service offerings.
