This role included managing multiple IT projects simultaneously, correctly setting customer expectations and delivering to them. I was responsible for the day to day management of assigned projects, reporting to project and program boards on the status of the schedule, budget, scope, risk, quality and delivery of benefits. Each of the accounts is very different in the way they deliver their services, business / department size and methodologies to deliver projects. I was employed on the Queensland TAFE contract as a Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator. The role involved travelling around Queensland to various TAFE institutes to conduct a variety of projects. This required meeting with the project stakeholders, organising schedules and deployment plans, executing, monitoring and controlling various project tasks. At each of the sites i chaired stakeholder meetings to ensure product delivery was being achieved and to control scope creep.

I was employed on the Queensland TAFE contract as a Field Services Engineer. This role involved travelling around Brisbane to the TAFE institutes to conduct a variety of technical liaisons between Unisys and customers as well as project work as required.

This multi-faceted role required a wide range of Customer Relationship Management practices, due to the complexity of small business environments across different industries. These industries included construction, medical, legal and health professionals. I was responsible for all project upgrades and implementations required by the customers, as well as ongoing technical support.
