As an engineer, I find purpose in assisting with creating and developing innovative products that positively impact the lives of others. I showcase passion by not just doing the work, but taking time to enjoy the process. I intentionally invite others into my work and seek to serve them well. And finally, I approach all of my work with pride. By actively incorporating these values into my life, I’ve realized much success in my career and am continuing to thrive by identifying potential challenges and addressing them as they arise. In the ever-changing technology industry, being a creative problem solver who is willing to tackle complex challenges will always lead to success. Throughout the past 10 years, I have become more eager to learn about these technological challenges and have grown passionate about addressing them through creativity and collaboration. I’ve demonstrated the ability to solve difficult problems in ways that have led to company cost savings, increased productivity, and stronger relationships with clients. I’ve made a significant impact in the company from the moment I began my career as a Test Technician 13 years ago and have not slowed down since. From day one, I gained positive attention from several colleagues and superiors by quickly picking up on company procedures and delivering cost-saving solutions to issues that needed to be addressed. My ability to take initiative and generate results in such a quick fashion led to rapid promotions and increased responsibility. Three promotions later, I am still delivering high-quality results that are positively impacting department budgets, company revenue, testing processes, and client relations.
