Typical products include custom foam inserts for “Pelican” branded or other rugged cases, wooden road cases, and various foam/plastic/wood/metal components.· Creating drawings and assembly instructions for the production team to follow.· Programing 3-axis CNC routers to manufacture custom products using MasterCAM.· Meet and communicate with clients. Provide technical insight.· Work with sales staff to create product pricing estimates and quotes.· Maintain reliable documentation of an extensive library of custom products.· Work with production staff to solve production issues.· Conduct quality assurance checks of products.· Prepare work orders and drawing packages for the production floor.
