• Responsible for ensuring the correct maintenance and readiness of all yachts including flag and Classification Society’s Surveys• Provide the principal point of contact for the Yacht Crew/Owner• Ensure strict adherence to the company's standard operating procedures• Assist to obtain new management business and cross selling all company services• Participate in the emergency response team of the fleet as on duty manager• Client representation and asset management• Corporate support services• Financial supervision and budgetary management• Project management and refit supervision• Insurance claims supervision

I rose through the ranks from Deckhand up to Chief Officer 3000GT, completing my five year training and examination programme working on some of the biggest yachts in the industry. In this capacity I travelled extensively through the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Central America and the Pacific.
