Senior representative in the Washington D.C. area for 3000-person defense organization. Represented $500M enterprise to more than 100 audiences including cabinet secretaries, congressional members, service chiefs, foreign military leaders, media outlets and ambassadors, supported more than 50 legislative engagements, built synergy between national organizations and drove 200% increase in communication opportunities to senior U.S. defense leaders.

Built and led 6-person NASIC Public and Legislative Affairs office from scratch. Guided center-wide communication efforts to internal and external audiences on national intel mission. Supported program development, submission, advocacy, coordination and final build execution for three construction projects totaling more than $200M in facility improvements. Expert advisor to senior leadership on high-visibility media engagements, technical interviews and congressional correspondence. Served as spokesperson and briefer to internal and external audiences at all levels and lead center's engagements with congressional members and staffers, overseeing 80+ responses to congress annually.
