• Align strategy with the broader SaaS portfolio of offerings including Big Data, Application Delivery Management and IT Operations Management.• Drive our Go to Market strategy with Business Unit and Product Management in alignment with corporate goals and strategy.• Develop, review, and adjust product structure and pricing strategies in response to market changes.• Define and prioritize requirements and use scenarios, and drive those requirements with Engineering.• Advocate alignment and standardization of processes and technologies within acquisition products including SLOs/SLAs, customer agreements, and governance.• Lead projects that require cross-functional coordination to provide integrated products/services/solutions.• Monitor SaaS financials and manage delivery costs, provide optimization alternatives, and provide feedback to upper management on strategic realignment.• Plan and deliver Sales Enablement internally and for partners in cadence with new releases.• Create our standard Service Contracts for offerings as well as review and approve deal specific additions or alterations.• Responsible for planning and coordinating security and compliance requirements for SaaS platforms across legal, security, and governance organizations.• Improve processes affecting our workgroup and interfaces; e.g., forecast system, sales opportunity tracking system, partner processes.
