We provide heritage fruit and veg, British freshwater fish and Crayfish for local restaurants and farmers markets, all produced through our aquaponic production techniques.'Aquaponics' is a no-waste, low-input food production system that utilises nutrient rich waste water from fish production to grow great tasting fruit and veg without soil. An example of age-old 'closed loop' farming systems, aquaponics allows us to turn small, unproductive areas of marginal land into highly productive oasis to feed local markets.Our product range favours the best in British produce and aims to return a lost diversity to our plates. In addition, our Crayfish are caught fresh from wild stocks and help to fund the eradication of this damaging, invasive alien species and conserve British waterways.The Water Garden is currently in the start up phase of operations and is actively seeking suitable land or premises.
