-Manage Mental Health Unit (MHU) with a capacity of 64 residents.-Work in conjunction with Alberta Health Services Applied Behavioural Collaborative (ABC) team, allied health, nursing, and health care aides to fully assess residents’ mental health conditions and assist with developing mental health resident-centred care plans. -Fulfill all management, supervisory, and internal and external stakeholders’ responsibilities required for the successful operation of the MHU for residents living with various mental health conditions. -Train, supervise and mentor healthcare aides, nurses, mental health support workers, and agency employees. -Assist with ensuring infection control practices are followed by staff on MHU to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
