My role includes: - Customer service: Greeting customers and assisting them in choosing and purchasing products.- Stock and inventory management: Carry out stocktakes and check the stock level, entering new stock into inventory and monitoring it.- Quality control: Carrying out checks on delivered stock against the ordered stock to ensure it is all accounted for, in good condition, and undamaged.- Advertising: Creating and managing advertisements for the businesses using Google Ads.- Website and POS: Setting up and using the websites and point of sale systems for the businesses using Shopify and Vend.- Deliveries: Transferring stock and customer orders between stores.
