Responsibilities Budgeting, recruitment and allocation skills of sixteen Data remediation Officers based at seven hospitals throughout the State of Victoria Highly effective communication skills, verbally and written with stakeholders and the members of the data remediation team Able to manage time effectively to be able to manage writing reports to stakeholders, attend meetings, and liaise with health services and remediation officers on a fortnightly basis.Achievements Recruited sixteen staff from over 140 applicants for the position of Data Remediation Officer. Managed the budget to be able to provide each successful applicant with the maximum number of hours they are able to work without jeopardising the output of the work required. Effectively managing sixteen staff allocated to different hospitals in Victoria and successfully keeping abreast of issues arisen in the health services and by the remediation officers.
