Established in 2014, FreeForm is about developing innovative and practical planning and design solutions for the Southwest. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico and owned and operated by James M. Aranda, FreeForm is a sole-member limited liability corporation that contracts with a network of planning, design, placemaking, and public policy consultants. We have extensive experience developing and implementing community-based planning and design initiatives throughout New Mexico and the greater Southwest.

Health Matters New Mexico was established in June of 2006 as Bernalillo County PLACE MATTERS–one of 19 teams located throughout the United States that works in partnership with Collaboratives for Health Equity (CHE). Our team is committed to improving the health of our communities by addressing the root causes that lead to poor health.HMNM educates citizens and decision-makers about the impacts that neighborhood conditions have on health. HMNM also builds the capacity of community members to address the social, economic, and environmental conditions that shape the health of their communities. Health Matters NM advocates for a Health in All Policies approach to create healthier neighborhoods by providing analysis, data, and other information for policymakers to make informed decisions on behalf of the communities they serve.
