• Executed a multi-tiered vertical market strategy to launch innovative products into renewable energy, food & beverage, wastewater, and datacenters.• Lead a team of 15 engineers, including two managers, in the Premier Products Franchise. Lead product development activities including; new product design, value engineering, UL, CSA, IEC, certification testing, FEA simulation, and IP through a formal gate process. • Increased Furse® 2018 product line revenue by 5% through accelerating the cost reduction project timeline from 10 to 5 months allowing the middle east salesforce to regain market share while maintaining profitability. • Responsible for setting the project priority roadmap for a continuous 3-year planning cycle. Priorities are established by gathering voice of the customer, projected sales, gross margin, and development time to market.

• Managed 14 employees including engineers, machinists, and laboratory technicians in a cross-functional team environment to deliver UL, CSA, IEC agency tests results in a highly accurate and timely manner.• Perform root cause analysis of manufacturing issues to determine key variables affecting product quality and/or productivity. Specific experience with extrusion, molding, stamping, and assembly processes.• Reduced UL DAP audit findings from 12 to 1 over a 3-year period by created the ISO17025 infrastructure from scratch, including the laboratory manual, procedures, and forms. Implemented an enhanced calibration and personnel training policy including “teach back” which reduced test cycle times by an average of 18%.

• Responsible for all aspects of product engineering including new design, sales and marketing support, plant support and overall technical responsibility for multiple product lines that generate more than $45 million annually.• Successfully completed and received Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma from the George Group. Designed a new product development process that reduced the average development cycle time of new products by 22%. Successful implementation of this project lead to over $700k of increased revenue within the first 8 months of implementation.• Designed and led development of the Spec-Kon® product line, consisting of 300-part numbers and average sales of $3 million.
