I participated in a massive revitalization effort in Cincinnati by assisting in using NSP2 funds to acquire a 19 property, 618 unit severely distressed foreclosed multi-family portfolio and in authoring a successful $29.5 M HUD Choice Neighborhoods Grant to revitalize the Avondale neighborhood around 5 of these properties.
