Responsible for major initiatives of Enterprise's PNW market. These currently include the Home & Hope initiative to transform underutilized public and tax-exempt land into affordable housing and early learning centers; the creation of a new Early Learning Facilities Fund, the REDI acquisition loan fund for TOD; and non-profit capacity building grants. Within the Home & Hope initiative, I lead due diligence and conceptual work on sites, project managed an online mapping tool to identify sites, authored a report on affordable housing and early learning center development based on cross-sector convenings, and organized partners and raised $9M+ to develop a new capital finance resource for early learning centers.

Boston

As a development Project Manager, I hold primary responsibility for a portfolio of development projects from feasibility through closing, construction, and stabilization. Through this role, I managed completion of a range of development types including mixed-income rental, homeownership, urban retail, and land transactions; utilized a variety of financial tools including LIHTC, Section 8, Brownfields Tax Credits, bond financing, and conventional debt; and oversaw debt and equity closings totaling $149 million.

I helped manage TCB's $78.6 M Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 grant, and on an interim basis managed our NSP2 department's lending program and oversaw preparations for a successful audit by HUD. I also worked on the writing of a successful HUD Sustainable Communities Grant that provided $2.5 M to Worcester's Main South neighborhood. I participated in a massive revitalization effort in Cincinnati by assisting in using NSP2 funds to acquire a 19 property, 618 unit severely distressed foreclosed multi-family portfolio and in authoring a successful $29.5 M HUD Choice Neighborhoods Grant to revitalize the Avondale neighborhood around 5 of these properties.
