About James M. Millar Am

My early executive career was as a Corporate Reconstruction partner at Ernst & Young. From 1996 through 2009 I held the positions of Oceania Area COO, Deputy CEO and then Chief Executive Officer. I was also a member of EY's Global Board for a number of years.I currently serve as either Chair, Audit Chair or Non Executive Director on a number of Public and Private company boards, Government State Owned Corporations and Philanthropic Organisations.I continue to seek involvement at board level.With qualifications in business and accounting, I was honoured in 2012 to be appointed as a Member in the General Division of the Order of Australia for “service to business and commerce and for community leadership”.
