I am responsible for creating the game day programs that are purchased by fans; in addition to that I create posters, website graphics, and various other elements as required. Strong focus on having the ability to meet deadlines, as a game day program MUST be complete the morning of a game day or else they cannot be printed and ready for sale in time.

Responsibilities include setting up and taking down audio and video equipment such as projectors, microphones, sound systems and computers for the university. Having the ability to problem solve is a critical part of the job, when an issue would occur with damaged or faulty equipment. The job also requires my ability to multi-task and pay attention to.

Responsibilities included performing bank reconciliation, dealing with contracts, coding, and entering data. My attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with clients and fellow employees was an integral part of the position. The job often involved calling clients and project managers to ensure they were processing proper documentation to.
