Working at RM Precision for 16 years I have worn many hats (as one does in a small business environment). From machine set up and operation to inspection then on to sales and finally back onto the floor as a CNC and CAD/CAM programmer. Now Leading from the front, I bring a unique perspective as a manager who has done it all and seen it all. I am able to direct my team of motivated and talented young machinists by providing a calm and even approach instructing them on all manner of tasks which curates a productive and efficient atmosphere in a modern machine shop.
