James was appointed Executive Director of Easypress Group Limited and Easypress Technologies Limited and has stepped back in to lead the business.James was a Founder and CEO of BookGenie451Inc an advanced publishing software research and development company developing the next generation of Publishing and Delivery for Educational Content into the global higher education markets. Prior to that James was a Founder and CEO of Easypress Group Inc a global leading software business in the supply of Atomik XML Software for Publishing. Founder of Sopheon Plc and held the post of Vice President of Global Business Development. His role consisted of fund raising in London & Amsterdam [£37.5 Million raised in 1999/2000], leading M&A activity within Sopheon Plc and spearheading Sopheon’s growth and strategic direction, leading the company’s vision, innovation and development in the field of internet software development. He was also responsible for strategic partnerships to assist Sopheon’s expansion and growth. James was previously Founder Director and CEO for AppliedNet Limited - a company he launched in 1985.
