In this role I led Treasury execution on key, strategic transactions including the 2015 NAB PAITREO $5.5 Bn Rights Issue, Clydesdale demerger and IPO Treasury work streams, AT1 hybrid capital raising, subordinated debt, corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory change. The NAB Offshore Banking Unit 'OBU' was operated within my management portfolio and generated significant cash earnings for the NAB. In 2006 I led listed Hybrid Transaction 'Project Glass' which resulted in NAB issuing $1 bn hybrid capital and win Hybrid Deal of the Year [CFO Magazine]. Other transactions included 2008 hybrid BNZIS 1 for BNZ.
