I head up the IT within Local Pensions Partnership Investment, LPP Group & LPFA. Were currently running through several large transformation projects to build the cloud 1st platform. Using the likes of Azure, O365, InTune, Conditional access, EndPoint Manager, devops, teams and OneDrive. I run a team of 6 on-site and offshore resources to deliver projects and IT services to the business.

I have recently finished a transformation project to upgrade all IT Infrastructure systems. The Infrastructure now consists of Azure servers, Remote apps, O365, Z-Scaler security, Onedrive, Teams for calling and data and Intune. We have also re-branded part of the organisation to Blue Coast Capital and have moved into our new offices within Marylebone. I have built the core IT Infrastructure within the new office so we have a simple IT environment where all users can hot-desk using their new Microsoft devices and Teams soft client for calls.

My broad role as IT Ops Manager is to be held responsible for the day-to-day running of our Infrastructure on a European level. Our IT environment stretches to Soho, Basildon, France, Germany and our 6 UK Boutiques. Some further responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing the current system of production to check its effective and working out a strategy of improving if necessary. I was brought into the Bare family to improve the SLA level, stabilize the Infrastructure farm in regards to its Helpdesk, Desktop, Server, Network and communications functions. My other duties was the management side and to liaise with team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the business, presenting findings to Directors and higher management within our US HQ.
