Was promoted from Regional Director of Saskatchewan to the principal Director for Western Canada. The role was to recruit develop and Train new Managers and assist them in Recruiting and training Advisors in Insurance and Investment Sales. The Western Region with the collaboration and efforts of the new managers and Advisors increased sales 50% overall during pandemic. At this time all operations at LaCapitale went from personal contact to virtual connections and sales

In addition to my role as Regional Director of sales and then promoted to Principal Regional Director in my off time I Worked as a owner and part time operator to help my son get his business started. Work consisted of building roads, excavating ditches, cleaning sludge pits, digging dugouts with multiple types of Equipment including Back hoe Track Hoe Semi Tractor trailers, Payloaders Skidsteers, packers etc. I left the business in 2020

During this period my role was to support all managers and Advisors with the proper tools training and support to meet there income and business goals. In addition the role required the management of all administration and recruiting of all levels from Advisors on the life and wealth side as well as health and disability. The volume in this Region was increased from 30% of the overall volume to 60% servicing 60 million in contracts on the insurance side.

The responsibilities of the Vice President were to Recruit, train, (field as well as classroom) develop marketing strategies and achieve corporate targets as laid out by the VP of sales.

Started in this role as a disability insurance sales advisor and won the presidents club for top advisor of the year 5 years in a row. Was promoted to Senior manager and Moved to start an operation in Thunderbay Ont in Jan 96. Developed 17 advisors and 1 million in new sales annually in a time period of 2 years. In 2001 moved back to Saskatchewan and now became senior manager and partner in Saskatchewan operation as well as Thunderbay and Manitoba.

Worked with Native Land settlements in Western Canada finding suitable Lands for purchase.

Worked underground as a production and Construction specialist. This position required me to work with a team of specialist that included the running of all heavy equipment from road building Equipment to Large Loaders and multiple types of mining Equipment. Included in responsibility was the construction of all underground belt and product transfer drives.

Completed basic training and moved on to Air Frame Technician completing TQ3 and TQ5 left armed forces to run family Farm.
