INCITY is a Russian fast-fashion vertical retailer. INCITY has over 450 shops of 250-700 m2 in more than 180 cities in the country. The company employs over 3000 people and has offices in Moscow, Kiev, Alma-Ata, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Dhaka. To find the best resources at the best prices to keep the manufacturing process on schedule- Participating in seasonal sourcing and offering new fabric trends for new collection- Coordinating with HQ design team on new sourcing- Conducting supplier analysis, evaluating potential suppliers, and managing the overall supplier qualification process, developing and creating sourcing plans- Managing the sampling and product approval process for the project- Negotiating agreements, prices, payment terms and delivery dates- Managing work of fabric QC- Performing cost analysis of raw materials in market in China and worldwide- Reporting to CEO of regional office and Head of Production in HQ- Start and Incharge the new project CMT for INCITY, which means directly buy fabric and garment supplier only do CMT business.
