Hello and thank you for taking the time to view my profile.My journey started at HMP&YOI Ashfield, which inspired me to set up my first social enterprise in 2008. The organisation grew, establishing offices in Bristol and Cornwall, and operated nationally and internationally, providing services in the criminal justice system and the post-16 education and training sector.I later sold the education and training arm to fund the launch of the Alliance of Sport and transferred the remaining activities into the new charity in 2019.Now, I work with leaders and organisations globally to build better lives through physical activity and sport. This includes raising over £6 million, developing flagship programmes, conducting research, and advocating for changes in policy, practice and investment. Additionally, I serve as the Secretariat for the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Sport and Physical Activity in the Criminal Justice System and as a Board member at the UK Sport for Development Coalition.I’ve also had the pleasure of supporting various sector awards and events with organisations such as UK Coaching, Beyond Sport, the Rugby Premiership, and the UN Office on Drugs and Crime.
