With eFileCabinet 2015, we are now offering a cloud backup that stores the desktop data and information.My role at eFileCabinet is to develop software solutions in our Web API, Support tools, new features and improvements to both the desktop and online products. I personally enjoy developing and improving these applications to provide better customer experience. My current focuses are API , integrations, and Support Tools.Support tools that I have built optimize the way that our Support Team helps our customers come into eFileCabinet. These tools help minimize cost of moving data by providing an optimized solution to get data in and out of eFileCabinet products. Instead of days or weeks of manual movement, client’s data can be accessible in minutes or hours. An implementation person can be helping multiple clients with minimal interaction.I have also updated and improved the API for eFileCabinet by providing new solutions, optimized old ones, and by building Unit Test to verify each part is working as it should.
