I have been a Non-Executive Director, Global Head and Managing Director with almost a decade of board level experience and particular expertise in the financial services and not-for-profit sectors. I have been taking a career break for the past two years, during which time I completed my AICD accreditation, and now I am highly motivated to begin my Non-Executive career. At a board level I work collaboratively with my peers, asking difficult questions with respect and purpose, always with the best interests of the organisation at heart. I understand people, and the huge impact they can have on an organisation (both positive and negative) subject to the way they are managed, mentored, and empowered. I have an extensive and comprehensive grasp of business transformation, both internationally and locally, as well as stakeholder management, government sales and relationships, customer service both in B2B and B2C environments, risk management, strategy development and implementation, and team leadership. A board level highlight was my role as Non-Executive Director at Employee Ownership Australia. In an executive capacity, I built a thirty year career at Computershare, holding various Senior Executive positions in the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. I have been involved in the most significant business transforming projects across the company's history, oversaw some of the largest listings in New Zealand, and was successful winning government contracts. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and am a graduate of AICD's Company Directors Course.
