Managing the day to day running of the site making sure the that all ppm’s are completed on time. And any health and safety issue that arise are acted on straight away. And any issue that has potential of becoming a H&S risk is eliminated straight or made safe there and then also to over look the site team and help the smooth day to day running for the academy. So that the trust can offer the pupils at the academy a stress free and the best possible environment for education.

I was the area manager for the Essex north Kent and the sour London areas. I was responsible for the smooth running of the cleaning contracts across of my sites. and making sure that the cleaning teams on the sites where trained and keeping in line with all H&S.
