Working as an Executive Director within the Credit Analytics, Capital and Liquidity Management desk within the Commodities and Global Markets Group in Macquarie.As an expert in funding and liquidity management my responsibilities include the management of Macquarie's funding and liquidity requirements for Commodities and Global Markets globally. This includes the management of liquidity and funding across legal entities as well as ensure compliance within both regulatory and internal requirements.In addition, I'm responsible for Macquarie’s Commodities and Global Markets Resolution and recovery planning. Transferring from the Financial Management Group of Macquarie into the Equity Market Group as the Business Manager for the Capital Management desk. My initial focus in the role was management of the funding and liquidity across the Equity Markets Group of Macquarie during the GFC as well as operating as a Business Manager.

Starting my career at Macquarie Group working in the Financial Management Group in the Sydney office. A member of the Product Control team working with the Equity Markets Group focusing on the Capital Management and Stock Lending/Repo businesses.This included: • Review of daily P&L reports as well as management reporting and analysis; • New product review, approval, and documentation;• FX exposure management and hedging;• New product review, approval, and documentation;• System enhancements; and• Process review and improvement.

Working within the Risk and Technology Services (RTS) division within the Sydney office I was involved in business process and risk assignments for both the public and private sector. I worked on a variety of both internal audit and consulting engagements in a wide spectrum of industry sectors including Utilities, Commonwealth and NSW government, Entertainment, Manufacturing and Services.
