Work with clients to design and develop their ideas starting with drawings that involve their scope of work. Budgeting the clients projects time, material and manpower. Researching proper employees to complete project on budget and on time. Working with all persons involved ranging from estimators, inspectors, vendors, and sub-contractors to insure a proper project outcome.
