So, beginning tomorrow, Monday, November 29, you will find me at Lindsey & Lacy, PC, still assisting the owners of closely-held businesses with business exit, business succession and income tax planning as well as the preparation of their estate plan (including appropriately sophisticated estate planning documents). I will also continue to assist the parents and siblings of family members with a disability with the planning necessary and appropriate to ensure that every family member can enjoy a fulfilling and productive life; special needs planning is and will remain an important part of my personal life as well as my professional life.
