The Asset Digital Core (ADC), built on SAP’s next-generation intelligent S4 HANA technology, will represent a step change in Shell's digital transformation journey, by leveraging digital technology to augment our work processes and improve how we use data to make faster, better decisions.

Responsible for the pre- and post-award contract management of a portfolio of contracts, in support of all operations across the fleet of eight Shell Deepwater GoM oil & gas platforms. Annual spend >$300mln. Member of the Shell DW GOM Engineering & Maintenance Leadership Team, Shell DW GOM Supply Chain Leadership Team, and Cost Excellence Leadership Team (Workstream Lead).Shell Global CP Business Partnering Competence Owner, responsible for global CP Business Partnering health and strategy, learning & development materials and implementation/training. A trained internal Shell negotiation training facilitator.

Supporting the development and execution of the Upstream UK CP strategy. Responsible for: the team’s People agenda, including Learning & Development; improving the commerciality of the organisation; developing and sharpening both the external focus and internal Business Partnering of the team; co-management of Shell UK’s cost improvement/ transformation programme; general Operational Excellence projects and initiatives, including local implementation of the Shell Ariba Procurement (‘SHARP’) system during 2017, and CP processes of the new Shell Asset Management System (‘Manage Supply Chain’) in 2018.

Managing ~30 people across 3 different teams, responsible for Sakhalin Energy's- equipment/material procurement;- sourcing, award and administration of all operational (<$250k) service contracts (from June 2014 onwards);- PO automation and equipment sales.

Co-developed and implemented a new CP Operations unit within the SEIC CP organization; deputy Supply Chain Operations Manager.

Based in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Sakhalin, Russia, working for Sakhalin Energy Investment Company (SEIC), on secondment from Shell, after leaving the Shell Graduate Scheme early.2012/2013: Responsible for full life cycle of 4 major well engineering contract tenders (total value approx. $450mln):- Completion equipment and associated onshore support services- Liner hanger systems and installation- Slickline and associated services- Tubing Conveyed Perforation (TCP) and associated down hole test tools2011: Jointly responsible for the successful tender/negotiation of the new SEIC drilling contract (value $400mln). Directly responsible for full life cycle of contract tender process: spend analysis and cost modelling; demand analysis; strategy selection and development; stakeholder/shareholder management and engagement; negotiation strategy planning; negotiations themselves; contract drafting and contract start-up (mobilisation and transition).Other roles/responsibilities: supported Well Engineering CP team with general well services tenders/negotiations/contractual issues, as and when they arose; best practice sharing between Shell and SEIC.

First assignment during Shell Graduate Develop Program. Responsible for the management of a portfolio of 15 Shell Europe (Exploration & Production) well engineering services contracts, worth approx. $120mln. Services procured included: the provision of well consultants (technical manpower); the European Real Time Operations Centre; well examination; h2s gas detection/protection; general well intervention services; tubing stress analysis; Pulsed Eddy Current (PEC) tool corrosion surveys.

Responsible for producing the Cayman Islands Law Reports 2008 Volume: a collection of actual judgments and casenotes (summary/analysis) of notable/precedent changing cases heard by the judical system of the Cayman Islands during 2008. Key deliverables: selecting cases (law-changing/defining); editing judgments (correcting, refining, formatting); researching referenced cases and points of law; writing casenotes/summaries and summarizing new points of law. Majority of cases trust or commercial (mergers and aquisitions etc); required very good knowledge of trust and company law.
