These included being chosen to become the Inspector General Chief for 1st Marine Logistics after a competitive selection process, Director of the Fort Leonard Wood Instructor Academy after being observed and demonstrating superior adult education techniques, and working as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense Specialist throughout my career. In most positions I have served, I was recognized through awards or bonuses as performing higher than expectations. I am passionate about achieving the company and team's mission while finding creative solutions for problems. I have pride in my ability to view a problem from all angles and finding the best outcome for all parties, while keeping the company and team's bottom line and best interest intact.
