Safe management and execution of work for Field Maintenance Team of 76 people maintaining Hydraulic Liebherr Excavators, six R9600’s, four R9400’s, and Epiroc Drills, six Autonomous PV271’s and four Epiroc D65’s.Managing maintenance execution activities to achieve required benchmark availability for mining operations team. FY22 Results Excavators 89%, Drills 90%.Leadership and Management of direct reports - twelve Execution Supervisors, two Maintenance Coordinators, three Logistic Specialists and four product support specialists.Imbedding BOS principals and performance boards throughout the team.Recruitment for field maintenance team.Driving of Breakthrough Project for MEM delivering on all milestones.Development of top three focus areas with the reliability specialist – Bucket Strategy, Hydraulic Hose Upgrades and Hydraulic Pump Improvements.Ensuring we maintained a safe and stable workforce through COVID-19, managing Covid Vaccination Requirements and controls in the workplace.Development and execution of transition from 2/1 roster to 8/6 for Field Maintenance Team.Monthly 1:1 Performance and Development conversations with direct reports.Coaching and supporting step up supervisors into permanent supervisor positions.Management of all health and safety incidents, investigations and improvement outcomes.

Lead and manage team of direct reports – four Reliability Specialists, three planners, two work management specialists, three document writers.Commissioning and handover of all South Flank Mobile Equipment to mining operations 100+ Pieces of Equipment.Implementation of core team processes – BOS Level 2 performance meeting, weekly team meeting, Monthly 1:1 meetings.Recruitment of diverse team of specialist roles – attained over 70% diverse teamAttaining average of over 90% in Employee Perceptions Survey (previously in low 60%) and significantly reduced turn over.Development and training of new to role team members – planners, reliability specialists, Document Writers and Work Management Specialists.Development of department budgets each financial year came in under budget FY21 and FY22.Development and implementation of maintenance strategies for new to WAIO equipment – Komatsu 930E-5 and Liebherr R9600.Development of over 300 work instructions.Set up of monthly performance meetings with OEM’s Liebherr, Epiroc, Komatsu and Caterpillar.
