James A. McClung is a seasoned global business executive and board director with extensive experience spanning over 85 countries and a diverse range of industries. He is an experienced Board Director for public, private and PE -owned businesses in chemicals, consumer products, service businesses, machinery and manufacturing sectors. Throughout his career, McClung has held senior C-level P&L roles. At FMC Corporation, he ultimately served as the senior vice president and corporate officer overseeing the company's multi-billion dollar international operations. He played a pivotal role in driving enterprise value and expanding the company's international presence via global market expansion, innovative market expansion approaches, and fostering strategic alliances across a broad spectrum of industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, automotive equipment, and distribution. McClung held multiple positions at FMC Corporation including President of Africa, President of European operations and concurrently served as Director of FMC Corporation (UK), Ltd; Director of FMC Europe S.A. (Petroleum Equipment France); and President of FMC’s Food Machinery operations in France, Germany, Italy, UK, Spain, and Belgium. He also managed FMC’s largest chemical operation.
