Working closely with the Global Assurance Digital function to provide subject matter expertise and leadership for the technology asset portfolio related to large, complex engagements leveraging all products and capabilities in the Assurance Digital product suite.Addressing the need for scaling of core technology capabilities to our largest engagements including responsibility for user experience, guided workflow, data integration and simplification/standardization.- Collaborate with our Global Assurance Business Product Management Leader and key stakeholders to develop the technology capabilities addressing the needs of our most demanding engagements- Manage the related release pipeline by steering development resources and setting priorities- Provide technical expertise to the broader team, G360 accounts, internal as well as clients, broader related stakeholders (incl. external regulators via PPD and QEL) to enable the activation and adoption of related technology solutions as they are deployed. - Use knowledge of Assurance professional / auditor behaviour and patterns to enable optimum monitoring of technology stack and optimize costs through rightsizing of assets- Collaborate with Client Technology (via TPMs) to assess architecture designs, optimize code, and sponsor quality- Work closely with methodology and enablement (Professional Practice) to optimize compliance and manage firm risk in EY technology solutions- Work closely with Area and Regional Assurance Digital networks to agree and communicate targets- Perform deep dives into challenges / barriers teams face today and develop solutions that solve most use cases- Collaborate with Area Assurance Digital teams collect and assess feedback on related technology developments

Working with the team responsible for developing EY’s global technology solutions and serving as a subject matter expert and product owner within an Agile software development life-cycle, utilizing an on-shore / off-shore model and multiple world-class vendors.• Provide business insights and creative solutions to ensure the developed products promote audit quality, stakeholder relevance and operational efficiency• Present new product features and business rules during methodology reviews by Global Audit Standards, Methodology and Implementation (GASMI) • Collaborate with EY client-service professionals from the around the world, including USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, China, Russia and Japan• Train, coach and mentor new resources to the team.
