A proactive overseer of technical direction, training, and maintenance of CMP (Mirra, Mirra-Mesa, Reflexion, Reflexion LK) equipment. I assisted on Centura (CVD) and Endura (PVD) for repairs, installation, calibration, alignment, and issue resolution as needed. Bolstered processes and productivity by 100%, creating handling sequences on equipment previously given up on. Problem-solved customer process limitations and recommended strategic solutions.

In this role, I was a versatile engineer contracted to field service projects on more than 20+ company sites globally. I conducted new and retrofit installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance. I also collaborated with engineers to ensure equipment operations align with manufacturing processes for production. Expanded customer acquisition as the primary person of contact.  Facilitated training for over 15 technicians as a Senior Field Service Engineer.

At TDK, I directed a 4-member team in preventative maintenance, tool performance, and corrective action on 200mm Mirra Mesa, Semitool Raider, and Spectrum tools. I collaborated on needed repairs, preventative maintenance, and calibration on Centura, Endura, Profiler, Anelva, Novellus Saber, FSI Antares, KLA measurement, and Pegasus Sorter components and equipment. Additionally, I oversaw inventory control of equipment and parts, including sourcing, stocking, and accountability, while minimizing costs.  Conceptualized and integrated 10+ oxide and copper processes. Issued corrections on processes from previous engineers (Mirra Mesa for MEMS and MRAM).  Secured $250K annually in cost savings by negotiating from favorable pricing terms from vendors. Sourced and procured more than 4 suppliers.

In this position, I administered quality server, network, and equipment operations in a Windows setting (2003/2008), including backups, set-up, and maintenance of all computers. I also streamlined the company network without any prior technical experience.

At Applied, I supervised 10+ staff in maintenance, repair, installation, calibration, alignment, and issue resolution of 200/300mm Mirra, Reflexion, Centura, Endura, and Producer equipment.

Performed, maintained, and supervised the repair, calibration, alignment, and troubleshooting on all systems vital to the operation and safety of the Sonar and Torpedo Counter Measure Systems.Managed and trained personnel responsible for maintenance and operations of Sonar and Fire Control systems.
