I manage a team of five staff members, providing training, feedback, and support. I also handle inventory, ordering, pricing, and merchandising of various meat products. I have been working as a butcher for over 30 years, and I have gained extensive skills and knowledge in cutting, trimming, grinding, and packaging meat from different animals and cuts. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can apply my passion for food and service to deliver the best products to our customers. I am always eager to learn new techniques and methods, and to share my expertise with my colleagues and customers.
