I work here on Match days. My roles in the club shop is to assist customers with pricing, stock, item location, new stock and answering questions and queries. I also have to re-stock selves, make sure products have the correct pricing, file orders, take orders, answer the telephone for orders or queries and print shirts for customer. Another role of mine is to work at the till point, I serve customers for both Reading FC and London Irish.

My job was to serve customers with home, away and season tickets. This job was mainly in one office but moved around in different offices on match days. I also worked on the telephone: answering calls, queries and selling tickets via the online software. I feel the face-to-face and telephone communication I learnt will be very useful in any jobs I undertake in the future. I also worked in a team; our team helped each other with any problems.
