-Working alongside Britvic account, category and shopper marketing teams to support and fulfil grocery joint business plans.-Own an effective contact strategy with all grocery customers at a regional/store director level across the UK.-Drive share, sales and revenue for Britvic and customers by identifying and securing incremental trading opportunities informed by data analysis, category and customer trends.-Active role as part of the Mental Health and Wellness task force responsible for setting the employee-led agenda and promoting proactive mental well-being techniques and support.

Britvic-I lead and manage 11 territory managers from Glasgow to Sheffield, with the overall objective of growing and retaining distribution of Britvic Soft Drinks- we help brands sell more through first class activation, education & relationship building. -My daily role varies from recruiting and developing the highest calibre territory managers, performance managing others to get them on track or daily team engagement-the development of the team is my biggest success in this role to date. I oversee the execution of Britvic activities in the C&I channel at outlet level through clear and consistent communication to the field team-I then manage those objectives through data analysis to put in place effective strategies to allow the team to exceed performance. -I work closely with the client’s account team to understand overall business strategy whilst providing valuable insights to initiate change or exploit opportunities in the field.-Member of the Mental Health Taskforce and a Mental Health First Aider.

-Managed sales and distribution of Britvic soft drinks throughout the Food Service and Leisure Channels- included winning new business and retaining business in contract catered outlets, education institutions and independent groups.-Worked in partnership with National account teams and Routes to Market to create and execute Joint Business Plans. -PepsiCo Ring of Honour Finalist 2018-attended prestigious award ceremony and finished in the top ten best sales employees of financial year 2018-19.
