Work Health Safety Management including the updating and implementation of a Safety Management System. Including consultation with staff/managers, auditing, Risk management, Training, Assessment, Policy and procedure writing and implementation. Development of strategic processes to continuously improve Work Health safety in a complex health care setting, including 2 hospitals, multiple primary health care services and 28 remote health centres across Central Australia.

Health Safety Environment and Quality Management including the updating and implementation of an Australian and International standard accredited HSEQ Management System. With compliance monitoring, auditing, Risk management, Training, Assessment, Policy and procedure writing and implementation. Managing the HSEQ compliance on several complex construction sites of diverse and multi skilled workers and contractors from procurement through site development, construction and post site completion phases.
