Commercial Manager for Urbex, the property development arm of the BMD civil construction group. Key responsibilities include the following:• Implementation of Acquisitions including handover process, funding and contract preparation;• Preparation of month end reports for management, Board and financial reporting.• Responsibility for portfolio modeling for cash flow and accounting purposes.• Actualisation and reforecasting of project models.• Negotiation of project agreements including briefing of legal and financial advisors.• Management and co-ordination of transaction analysts.• Attendance at project control meetings.• Debt arrangement including facility agreement documentation.• Co-ordination of the certification and drawdown process.• Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasting.

Primarily recruited to undertake financial modeling and due diligence tasks to prepare a portfolio of residential projects for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in June 2006. Subsequent to the IPO, assumed the role of an asset/development manager and duties included the following:• Responsible for the Asset and Development management functions of residential subdivisions in Queensland and New South Wales.• Financial modeling to comply with regular reporting as required under loan facilities including covenant testing.• Responsibility for co-ordination of valuation process for mortgage security purposes and other requirements on an as needed basis.• Assist in the preparation of pricing and sales policy at individual projects.
