Edited the employee handbook and expectations contract.Implemented modern and traditional changes to the business’s marketing. Curated new menus and table cards. Operated the business’s online marketing via social media, in tandem with overseeing our presence via Google MyBusiness, FiveStars and Yelp. Resulted in one of the business’s highest grossing fiscal years, in 2018.
